Steps

For some Python package $name, the PyPi page is at https://pypi.org/project/$name. I want you to summarize:

1. How frequently the library is updated - is it at least monthly, and if so how many times a year.
2. How recently the library was updated
3. In the past 3 months, has the library jumped to a new semvar major version - if so note the date

If there is a github or docs page - follow the docs or github link to summarize the project’s maintenance activity in issues and pull requests.

If a library was last updated more than 2 years ago - try to analyze why the maintainers have stopped - maybe the docs mention deprecation or recommend alternatives.
