Meetings tend to scatter things—agendas in one tab, notes in another, a link you’ll need later somewhere else. That makes it harder to stay focused on the most important thing: the conversation. 

Dia now automatically keeps everything you open during a call together in a Meeting Tab Group, so you don’t have to think about where things go while you’re on the call. If you opened it during the meeting, it’s already right where you expect it to be.

To get automatic Meeting Tab Groups, you’ll need to pin and authenticate Google Calendar in Dia. Then, when you join a meeting, Dia handles the rest: creating the group, keeping it easy to find, collecting links you open, and cleaning up after the call.

Join a Google Meet from a calendar preview or reminder and Dia automatically creates a Meeting Tab Group.

The group stays anchored to the top of your tabs, and any links from the description or opened from chat—agendas, docs, boards, tickets—are collected into that group as you go.

While the meeting is active, the group includes subtle, meeting specific UI so you can see when the meeting is reasonably close to ending—helping you stay present without clock-watching.

Done with your call? The meeting group becomes a normal tab group, with automatic cleanup, so meeting clutter doesn’t linger.

When your work is spread across a dozen tabs, the fastest way to get unstuck isn’t opening one more—it’s getting a clear read on what you already have. That’s why you can now treat a Tab Group as a single bundle of context.

Chat with a Tab Group either by right‑clicking the group and choosing “Chat with Group,” or by attaching the group to a chat. This is useful when you’ve collected a bunch of related tabs and want help using all of them at once. Use it to summarize what’s in the group, pull out key links, or draft a quick update based on what you’ve opened.
