Steps

I want to write more regularly about things that are grounded in my real experiences, opinions and feelings. Writing feels most valuable to me when it goes beyond just recording what happened and instead gives me the space to reflect on how I felt in the moment, what I thought at the time, or how my perspective has shifted since then.

Based on the content in   The active tab use   Search memory to ask me open-ended questions that help me reflect on what I saw, heard, felt, or thought during the events I'm describing or my opinion on specific parts of content if these are not my experiences. When you look at my memory results, please ask me thoughtful, open-ended questions that guide me toward that kind of reflection. For example, invite me to explore what I might have seen, heard, felt, or thought during the events connected to that content. If the material isn’t something I experienced directly, frame your questions in a way that helps me articulate my personal opinions or reactions to particular parts of what I was reading or watching.

Don't ask for summaries or insights - just questions that help me dig further.
